I have worked with Jess for 3 months and I have enjoyed every bit of it. I had a video consultation with Jess and from that moment I knew I was in good hands, she is so outgoing, easy to get on with, and puts you under no peer pressure whatsoever, because of this I was able to stick to the plans she had given me. I have learnt so many skills and knowledge from jess that will definitely help me to continue on my journey. Jess is an amazing coach, and I highly recommend her. Feeling defeated both mentally and physically after a difficult year of lockdown, one of my dearest friends recommended Jess to me. She was gentle in her approach, and her positivity pulled me out of a tough time. Her encouragement made me feel empowered to make the changes I had wanted to make for so long. Jess’s program is flexible, and though I am a working mother of three, I am able to find the time to complete the workouts she created for me, and log my diet. Doing her program consistently, I have had amazing results. She is always available if I have a question, and the weekly check-ins are very useful. With Jess, I have learned so many positive habits for nutrition, physical activity, and mindset, that will last me a lifetime.
The kick I needed!
I thought my life was too busy for fitness but I knew I needed a kick in the backside to get moving and eating better. Jess provided a perfect mix of motivation, food tracking and exercising. She was always positive and supportive, which made me strive to have a good week for check in at the weekend. Would highly recommend Selffit Coaching – feeling 100 times better after 12 weeks than I did when I started.

Jess is such a good coach who puts all her time and effort into her clients. Jess provided me with face to face weekly check-in videos which is so helpful! Jess has also put so much time and effort into her resources and ebooks for her clients! I have really enjoyed working with Jess and have come such a long way in such a short period of time! Jess is an amazing coach who doesn’t just focus on the scales and numbers, mental health and mindset is such a massive part of her coaching which is brilliant! Jess ensures she has looked at all aspects of health to ensure optimal progress!
