Welcome to Self Impact!
This is an 8 week home-training based programme. This programme is a 4 day split targeting a variety different muscle groups. This programme is suitable for a variety of goals such as fat loss, build muscle or improve their resistance training, along with well balanced nutrition.
- Training split: 2 upper and 2 lower
- Fitness level: Intermediate to advanced
Equipment needed:
1 x set of dumbbells
1 x long resistance band
1 x short resistance band
(exercises can be modified if needed as all exercises provided can be executed with different equipment you might have available to you)
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
