Step 1. Initial Assessment
The first step involved in seeing if we are a good fit for each other is to fill in an assessment form. This form will be sent to prospective clients who get in touch. This assessment to be filled in at a time that suits you & it will be an opportunity for you to discuss your goals, current diet, activity levels and more. This is an important step in order for me to create the appropriate strategy for you, your health & goals.


Step 2. Consultation Call
After submitting the assessment form, you will then be back to book in a free consultation call. In this consultation, we will discuss your needs, your goals, lifestyle habits, your diet, and establish if we are a good fit to work together. I will provide actionable advice on how you can successfully progress and achieve more than you thought possible.
This consultation can be through video or by phone call.
Step 3. Begin your journey
Once the assessment form is complete and our consultation call has taken place, you will be provided with a proposal of current services & pricing. You can then decide which services suits your needs best. When you’re ready and have chosen a service that suits your and your lifestyle, your SELFFIT journey will begin and I will be here every step of the way.
