My name is Jessica and I’m an Online Transformation Coach and Personal Trainer. I am currently qualified in: Fitness Instruction, Group Instruction and Personal Training.

From years of feeling self-conscious about my body, having a negative mindset and little to no care about my nutrition or physical health, I took one small step in 2019 that has now led me to right now. I never thought in my wildest years, that I would be working in the fitness industry and having it massively impact my life in the best possible way.

 

One small step could change your whole life. My mission is to help you make that step, in achieving your goals and living a better life filled with love, happiness and confidence.

Passion

I am ridiculously passionate about working with people and helping them. For years, I knew no matter what job I would do, it would involve helping others. I am now fortunate to be in a position where I can help people who are in positions I have been in with low self-esteem and trying every diet to make them feel and look good. I’m determined to bring you on an exciting journey and to be with you every step of the way.

Focus

Every client I work with is my focus. I tailor my services just for you. You and the objective of achieving your goal is my number one priority.

Care

I am very much a caring and soft soul (at least I think so!). My greatest fear is letting people down, which I don’t do! I care about each client and treat them like my best friend. I’ll be there for when you need cheering up on a down day or to give you an applause to celebrate an achievement. We’re in this together.
